Shipping & Order Processing
Every Hope Soap product is made with care—by hand, right here in our shop.
We don’t outsource production, and we don’t operate like a large warehouse. In many cases, the items you order are freshly made, poured, or prepared just for you. That level of care takes time, and we believe it’s worth it.
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow additional time for fulfillment. Orders may take several days to process, and in some cases up to a couple of weeks depending on product availability and production needs.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend placing it at least 2 weeks in advance, as we are unable to guarantee delivery timelines.
A Few Things to Know
- All products are made, packed, and shipped in-house by our small team
- Some items may be made to order, which can extend processing time
- Certain products require cure or set time, which cannot be rushed
- Inventory is updated manually, and while we do our best to keep it accurate, occasional discrepancies can happen
If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock but can be made quickly, we will often make it fresh for your order when possible.

If you’re local, shopping in-store is always the best way to see what’s currently available and ready to take home the same day.
For shipped orders, we simply ask for a little patience. Your products are being made and prepared with intention—not pulled from a shelf.
