Do to the nature of our hand-made products we are unable to accept returns.

If something is broken while in transit, you would need to reach out to UPS or USPS to have it corrected. Insurance is included in the shipping cost. 

If there is an issue with your order or product, please reach out to us and we will review it on a case by case basis.
